Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) & Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)

Sustainable Wastewater Treatment Solutions for Industries

etp plant

Industrial wastewater contains harmful chemicals, oils, heavy metals, suspended solids, and organic pollutants that can damage the environment if discharged untreated. Our Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP) are designed to effectively treat industrial effluents, helping industries comply with pollution control standards while promoting water conservation and environmental sustainability.

Whether you operate in textiles, pharmaceuticals, food processing, chemicals, automotive, or manufacturing, we provide customized ETP solutions tailored to your industry’s wastewater characteristics.

Why Choose Our Effluent Treatment Plant?

✔ Efficient removal of contaminants and pollutants

✔ Meets CPCB & SPCB discharge standards

✔ Customized design for every industry

✔ Low operating and maintenance cost

✔ Automated and energy-efficient operation

✔ Reduces environmental impact

✔ Enables water recycling and reuse

✔ Reliable performance with long service life

etp benefits and applications

How an Effluent Treatment Plant Works

1. Collection Tank

Industrial wastewater is collected and stored before treatment.

2. Equalization Tank

Balances wastewater flow and pollutant concentration to ensure consistent treatment.

3. pH Correction

Acids or alkalis are added to adjust the wastewater to the desired pH level.

4. Coagulation & Flocculation

Chemicals are dosed to combine fine suspended particles into larger flocs for easy removal.

5. Primary Clarification

Heavy solids settle at the bottom while clarified water moves to the next stage.

6. Biological Treatment

Beneficial microorganisms break down dissolved organic pollutants and reduce BOD & COD.

7. Secondary Clarification

Biological sludge settles, producing clearer treated water.

8. Filtration

Water passes through Sand Filters and Activated Carbon Filters to remove remaining suspended particles, color, and odor.

9. Final Disinfection (Optional)

UV or chemical disinfection removes harmful microorganisms before discharge or reuse.

10. Treated Water

The treated water is safely discharged or reused for industrial processes, gardening, cooling towers, or flushing.

Efficient Wastewater Recycling for a Cleaner & Sustainable Future

A Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) is a wastewater treatment system designed to remove contaminants from domestic and commercial sewage. It treats wastewater through physical, biological, and chemical processes, producing clean water that can be safely reused for flushing, gardening, cooling, landscaping, and other non-potable applications. An STP helps conserve freshwater resources while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

Why Choose Our STP?

  • High Treatment Efficiency
  • Environment-Friendly Technology
  • Compact & Modular Design
  • Low Power Consumption
  • Fully Automatic Operation
  • Low Maintenance Cost
  • Odor-Free Operation
  • Water Recycling & Reuse
  • Long Service Life
  • CPCB & SPCB Compliant

STP Benefits and Applications

stp benefits and applications

How a Sewage Treatment Plant Works

1. Collection Tank

Domestic sewage is collected from residential, commercial, or industrial premises.

2. Screening Chamber

Large solids, plastics, cloth, and debris are removed to protect downstream equipment.

3. Equalization Tank

Balances wastewater flow and pollutant concentration for consistent treatment.

4. Aeration Tank

Air is supplied to beneficial microorganisms that break down organic matter and reduce BOD & COD.

5. Secondary Clarifier

Biological sludge settles while clear water flows to the filtration stage.

6. Pressure Sand Filter (PSF)

Removes remaining suspended solids and fine particles.

7. Activated Carbon Filter (ACF)

Eliminates odor, color, and dissolved organic impurities.

8. Disinfection

UV or chlorine treatment destroys harmful bacteria and pathogens.

9. Treated Water Tank

Clean water is stored for reuse or safe discharge.

10. Sludge Handling

Settled sludge is thickened, dewatered, and disposed of safely or processed further.
